Shipping policy

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times: Most US orders arrive within 5-10 business days after shipping. International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days. Our products ship from partner warehouses, so items from the same order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping costs: Shipping rates are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free-shipping offers shown on our store are applied automatically at checkout.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages: If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived within 30 days, contact us and we will help locate it or arrange a replacement or refund. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
