How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on every order.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Most US orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days. You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Why did my order arrive in more than one package?

Our products ship from different partner warehouses, so items in one order can arrive separately.

Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging. Email pets@shopwagandwhisker.store to start a return. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us a photo as soon as possible after delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has been sent to our warehouse we may not be able to change it.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship outside the US?

We focus on customers in the United States. Available countries and rates are shown at checkout.
